SHIPPING TERMS

All orders are shipped by EMS from Tokyo unless other arrangements are made. Cost of shipping is added to all invoices.

Damage claims during transport must be reported directly to freight carrier within 7 days of receipt of goods.  Call directly at contact in each regions;

All cartons and packing materials must be saved for the inspection by freight carrier;

              -both goods and relevant original packing must be available for further checking

              -provide pictures of the packing condition upon arrival

              -provide pictures of the content condition after opening the packing
